ADRIAN – After a year of planning and construction, the city’s new driving range, located in the city park, will open tomorrow for the first time. The range will be open daily from approximately 8 a.m. to dusk.
The range is self service and will eventually accept payment via credit card, however that feature will not be available on opening day so customers will need to pay cash or use tokens, which can be purchased at city hall.
There are two options for purchase: $5 for a small bucket of 34 balls or $10 for a large bucket of 84 balls.
The range will be open daily, but will be closed on June 27 for the Independence Day festivities. A ribbon cutting and formal opening is planned for July 11 at 9 a.m.
